Domien Hennion is Portfolio Manager and Lead of the Center of Excellence at Aginco, a company specializing in the digital transformation of the justice sector, with a particular focus on areas such as insolvency. At Aginco, he leads the company’s AI strategy, governance, and AI-driven software development within the highly regulated legal sector. He holds a degree in Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and has published research in the field of reinforcement learning. Alongside his role at Aginco, Domien has been a lecturer in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Erasmus Brussels University of Applied Sciences and Arts since 2021. His expertise lies in digital transformation, developing AI strategies, navigating high-risk regulatory requirements, and translating AI ambitions into practical solutions that improve software development, operational efficiency, and delivery processes.
